Will one SIM work in every country we ship to?
A multi-IMSI profile steers to the strongest available network per country, so the same SKU works across 190+ markets without regional variants.
How long can a tracker run on battery?
With LTE-M or NB-IoT and PSM/eDRX enabled, low-duty-cycle trackers reach multi-year battery life. The limiting factor is reporting frequency, not the radio.
What about trackers sitting in a warehouse for a year?
Dormant subscribers stay unactivated and bill nothing until first connection, so stock on a shelf costs you nothing.
Can we switch carrier after devices are deployed?
Yes. SGP.32 eSIM profiles can be changed over the air years after deployment, without recovering the device.
How do we handle a lost or stolen unit?
Suspend the subscriber instantly from the console or API, and use last-session data to see where it was last seen.
